Don Dashney, VE3RM recently worked the International Space Station (ISS) while mobiling home from Montreal back toward his home.

From reading the AMSAT Web page, it should be easy to work the International Space Station.  The only difficult part about working them on voice is that the voice station is only on when the astronauts aren't busy with their work.  The packet station is left on when the crew is working or sleeping.

This is frequency plan for the Amateur Radio on the International Space Station (ARISS) program (From the AMSAT Web page):

Worldwide packet uplink: 145.990 MHz

Region 1 voice uplink: 145.200 MHz

Region 2/3 voice uplink: 144.490 MHz

Worldwide downlink: 145.800 MHz

TNC callsign NOCALL

U.S. callsign: NA1SS
Russian callsigns: RS0ISS, RZ3DZR
