Subject: RE: MAB tower July 14
Greetings to all:
I was with Earl Paris, VE2ESP yesterday at the MAB and we spoke to Greg Chambers, who was very happy with the way we took down the tower and stored it in the back of the Penfield Building. He informed both Earl and myself that the MAB will be taking down the last section of the tower sometime next week and they will be encasing it approximately 5 feet into the ground for the new foundation.
As soon as I have more information, I will pass it along to you. In the meantime, both Earl, myself, and the other users on the shack at the MAB, will like to thank all of you involved in the moving of the antennas and tower.
Sincerely:
Sheldon Werner, VA2SH and Earl Paris, VE2ESP on behalf of the VE2MAB Radio Room.
