Subject: New Section Manager for Quebec
Claude Paquet, VE2OCP was recently elected Quebec Section Manager for a two year term that will begin on November 1, 2002. Claude ran unopposed, eliminating the need for a balloted election. Claude has agreed to complete the term of Richard Desaulniers, VE2DX who resigned for personal and professional reasons on August 1, 2002.
