On Saturday, October 19, 2002, The Montreal Amateur Radio Club held it's 70th Anniversary Dinner. We had 59 attendees to this dinner which featured Dr. John Belrose as the guest speaker. The food was good and the social atmosphere of the meeting was quite lively. I know that there were a lot of people who were meeting their friends for the first time in many years and I was able to meet some of the people I haven't seen or spoken too in a long time.
Many thanks to those who came to Antico Martini on a somewhat wet and cold evening and to both our National and Provincial organizations for providing the door prizes for this event.
This is an extract from a message Dr. John Belrose sent to the President of the club concerning the web sites he mentioned in his talk.
