On Friday, November 1, 2002, Steven Donovan, VE2OCT, James Hay, VE2VE, Sheldon Werner, VA2SH and myself stopped by the Montreal Association for the Blind to reinstall the balun which had fallen down in during a recent wind storm.
We also reinstalled the part of the 40 and 80 metre dipoles that were attached to the western part of the building. They had been removed and tied to the base of the tower by the building maintenance people because the wires were laying on the rear courtyard after the balun broke away from the tower
