Subject: Industry Canada To Conduct Public Consultation On Towers
RAC President Gillis has delegated Regulatory Affairs VP, Jim Dean, VE3IQ, to organize and present RAC's official response to the public consultation announced by Industry Minister Alan Rock on 31 October. Tim Ellam, VE6SH, will assist VP Dean with legal expertise developed in successfully defending a number of tower cases.
Radio Amateurs wishing to submit any comment or information on tower issues are requested to address their input to VP Dean via e- mail at ve3iq@rac.ca. RAC will keep you informed of developments through TCA and future RAC Bulletins.
