  Earlier this evening, Brad Hamer and Dougal Macdonald passed the Amateur Radio Basic Qualification.  As well, Robert Paknys, VE2JBP upgraded from Basic Qualification to Basic with Advanced Qualification.

  In addition, Roland Theriault passed his Basic Qualification a few weeks ago and now has the callsign VA2RPT.

   Congratulations to all the who have passed so far.
