New Amateurs and Upgrades.

  I am proud to announce that at Montreal Amateur Radio Club Spring Fleamarket, there were a number of successful candidates who either passed their Amateur Radio Basic Qualification or upgraded their existing qualifications.  On behalf of of the club I am pleased to annouce the the following candidates who added the Morse Code endorsment to their list of qualifications:

• Robert Paknys, VE2JBP
• Julie Hughes, VE2USE

  Adding the Advanced Qualification to his current set of qualifications (Basic and Morse Code) was Wade Bates, VE3WIB

  Lastly but probaly the most important were the group from The MARC/Concordia University ARC Winter 2003 course and those who studied on their own and requested to take the exam at the Fleamarket.
