It is with regret that we announce the death of Robert Harper, VE2WBW. Bob recently joined the amateur community and had been active at the Montreal Association for the Blind's station VE2MAB and members will recall having met Bob at MARC meetings this past winter. Bob was also interested in promoting amateur radio as a means of emergency communications and public service.
On behalf of the members and directors of the Montreal Amateur Radio Club I offer the condolences of the club to Bob's family and friends.
