I found out this morning from Leo Nikkinen, VE2SI that the Comments received from interested parties over deployment of Broadband Over Powerlines (BPL) is now available at:
http://strategis.ic.gc.ca/epic/internet/insmt-gst.nsf/en/sf08488e.html.
The comments sent in by individuals have been consolidated into a 9.6 Mb (9,817,652 bytes) PDF file and comments sent to Industry Canada by Associations, Companies and interested groups (including Amateur Radio Clubs) are set up as separate links.
